How does pick-up work?
Pick up is available year-round, 6 days a week. Simply pull into the lot, and one of our yard staff will assist you and get your vehicle loaded. Pick up is subject to availability and on a first come, first served basis. We are open for pick up Mon-Fri 9-5, and Sat 9-1. We do not accept any reservations or appointments for pick up. Please do not call to inquire about availability as stock can change in a matter of moments depending on demand (we process daily, constantly replenishing as well). During the very busy peak season months, we occasionally sell out of one product or another at pick up (deliveries however, are guaranteed). We get *extremely* busy the day or two before a forecasted snow or cold snap. We highly recommend not waiting until just before inclement weather to pick up firewood, as stock can be very limited.
Do I have to have an appointment or call ahead to come pick up?
Nope! We are open for pick up Mon-Fri 9-5, and Sat 9-1. Feel free to drop by anytime during those hours for wheelbarrow loads, and/or truckbeds of firewood. (Trailer loads are only loaded during off season, April-July). Pull in, remain in your vehicle, and our yard staff will load you with your selection. How easy! If holidays or extreme weather affect our hours, our website and voicemail will reflect any changes. Located at 7830 Black Forest Rd. How do I schedule a delivery?
We ask that you fill out a Delivery Request so that we have all the info we require, and we will then contact you by your preferred contact method to secure a date, and 2 hour delivery window that works for you. Once you submit your delivery request, we will contact you within 1 business day, but usually within the hour.

Is your firewood covered?
It is NOT. We are a completely outdoor facility and are subject to any rain/snowfall/precipitation that may come. We recommend purchasing firewood during off season, or at the very least well before you need it. All of our firewood is cut from seasoned (a minimum of 1 year) logs, however due to extreme demand we cut and split daily. Freshly split logs, while seasoned, do take a few days of dry weather to let go of any residual moisture. Come winter, repeated snowfall and freezing temps can make burning very difficult and frustrating unless you are very experienced.
I have a delivery scheduled. Will you call to remind me?
While we do not call to remind you ahead of your delivery day, your driver will call ahead when in route on your scheduled delivery day. Please mark your calendar so that you do not forget.
Do I have to be home for a delivery?
We do prefer you to be home to accept delivery and pay upon receipt. In some cases, a credit card can be left on file and we can deliver without you being home.
Do I pay in advance for my delivery?
No. Payment is due and collected at delivery, and you can settle out directly with the driver. The driver is able to accept cash, credit, or debit payment. We do not accept checks.
Can I pick up a cord?
For pick up, we only load standard truck beds or wheelbarrow loads. For cord(s) please schedule a delivery.
Can I purchase uncut/unsplit logs?
We only sell cut/split firewood at this time.
Can I drop off logs or branches?
You can drop off logs that are 6" or greater in diameter, and any length at no charge. Logs must be de-limbed and free of branches. We are not accepting branches, slash, or yard debris at this time.
